Every team games require all the member of the time to be united. Team games (e.g. “You can put the name of your game you have in the market”) teaches you how you can be effective in teamwork.
But in life, do you really need to learn teamwork? Holy Yes! Teamwork is essential for a good performance of any sports team (basketball), organizations and companies. It’s a great way to learn how to cooperating well with others and taking responsibility for actions.

It gives provides both the players, coaches, and the manager a sense of responsibility and a positive self-image.

It feels great when you know you are contributing to something good and lifting your impact, like being the shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center or point guard of winning team. It gives your life meaning, a purpose, and a direction.
The core/paramount benefit of playing team games is UNITY! Where there are unity and one voice, the mountain is moved, and skies are pulled down.
No sports team is successful without working together to reach a common goal.
Teamwork in sports promotes cooperation. In a good quintet (e.g. basketball) differences are put aside for the greater good and success of the team. For example, members of a basketball team that aspire to be the best need to cooperate.
To succeed in life, we all need some level of confidence and accountability. If a point guard or power forward was in the wrong place at the wrong time, missed the basket or distracted (unnecessarily) when he/she have focused on running the bases, definitely he/she would be responsible for any negative outcome.
Thus; playing team games put you in charge of your actions as you also take credit for them.
